Discrete Floor Boxes
Installed these beautifully subtle and discrete floor boxes in a new oak floor today.
They will allow the client to plug their lap-tops or lamps in without ugly or dangerous leads trailing across the floor.
These boxes have a mixture of 13amp power sockets, 5amp lighting sockets and data points.
Redhill Barn is finished!

Gamekeepers Cottage
Another finished project and happy customer.
This project involved the renovation & rewire of an old gamekeepers cottage near Slapton. It’s become a lovely cosy holiday let.
We installed decorative faceplates and some nice touches like floor washing lights in the bathroom.
Funky faceplates
Wallpapering is progressing at Underdeck which means we can follow with these prism faceplates.
The ability to wallpaper inside the faceplate provides a fantastically discrete look.
Lights on at Underdeck!
Last week saw us begin testing of the Lutron lighting panels. The first areas lit were the guest bedrooms and bathrooms but it won’t be long until we progress throughout the whole house.
Level 1 Plant Room & First Fittings at Underdeck
Today we made a start in the level 1 plant room at Underdeck in Salcombe. This was the first day in there but there will be many more to come! There are three plant rooms in total on this job being such a large scale project over five floors.
We’ve also make a start on the first lot of external lights to be second fixed…
Underdeck Update
Exciting times at Underdeck. Project flying along, and we’re starting the first stages of 2nd fix. A lot of cables to organise!
