Yesterday we returned to one of our lovely jobs to start installing their light fittings. Below are a couple of examples.

Last week we visited site to install the builders supply ready for Western Power’s connection. Progress looks great and we can’t wait to get stuck in.
The plot sits above the beautiful Kingsbridge estuary.

This week we’ve been 2nd fixing a grand Victorian house in Salcombe. The client and I went for these antique style Hamilton faceplates to go with her tradition yet funky interior design.

Yesterday was a big day on our Hope Cove garden job. It was switch on time! We made live all the lighting, sockets and outdoor kitchen power. Just the hot tub and garage to go…

Starting Seadrift
Today we’re making a start at Seadrift. A fantastic new build next to the water in Kingsbridge.
Beautiful Bathroom
All finished at a beautiful en-suite job.
A lovely job to be part of with high end finishes everywhere you look.
We used hidden LED tape to create a subtle background effect, floor washers to show up the marble and dimmable downlights for a crisp general light. All programmed through a Lutron smart lighting system with programmable mood settings.
Also a recessed electric towel rail and shaver socket hidden in a stunning cabinet.
Nest Install
Another successful Nest install completed.
This install comprised a retro fit upgrade of the properties heating and hot water controls to the Nest programmable thermostat.
We also installed mains hard-wired linked smoke detectors throughout. These, like the thermostat are visible on our clients Nest App meaning extra safety should they ever sound.
